  • Emotional changes:

Mood swings are bound to happen and a pregnant woman must try to keep herself calm. She must avoid going to places where there are loud noises to be away from suffocated feelings. It is essential to accept that she is turning into a mother and hence spending time realizing that is required.

Right from the first trimester of pregnancy, the would-be-mother must meditate in order to give birth to a very calm child. Meditation also connects her to her baby in the womb as she feels the child’s heartbeats once she goes deeper into her own soul.

  • Avoiding violent movies:

A woman may watch extreme violent movies when she is not carrying the baby; however, a pregnant woman is suggested to watch more of romantic, comedy, animated and relaxing movies so that she develops a good and peaceful brain, which would not happen if she watches too much of violence during pregnancy.

  • Light exercises:

Although the doctors do not suggest exercising in the first trimester, it is essential for the would-be-mothers to exercise from their second trimesters. This helps in keeping them fit and stabilizing their minds.

  • Eating healthy stuff:

If the woman is a health conscious person, it is suggested that she has a lot of fruits and vegetables and avoid fried foods the most. However, at times the cravings may occur and the women may urges to eat junk. Once in a while is accepted but thriving on junk during pregnancy is not good for the mother and the baby’s health as well.
